Cynder Niemela, Managing Partner of High Impact Teaming has held leadership positions and has coached leadership for over twenty years. Niemela has worked in a myriad of private and public industries worldwide. With a Masters Degree in both psychology and business, Niemela is in a unique position to coach organizations toward their potential by combining her knowledge of human dynamics and high performance organizational cultures.

Cynder Niemela coaches executives to effectively lead key members and business teams to achieve exceptional results. As an internal and external coach with Ernst & Young's Change Management Group in San Francisco, Cynder specialized in the coach approach to building high performance teams to support major business transformations. Cynder coaches executives, team leaders and their teams to reach peak performance via behavioral human dynamics and enhanced use of technology.

Cynder’s corporate coaching, consulting and training clients include senior level executives, business owners and teams at companies such as IBM, HP, Verizon, Oracle Corporation, and Wells Fargo. Her new book, Leading High Impact Teams: The Coach Approach to Peak Performance, was published in October 2001*.

Cynder has appeared in articles in Fortune Magazine, Investors Business Daily, The LA Times, HR Magazine, Training and Development, SAM Magazine and others. Cynder is a graduate of Coach University and Corporate Coach University. In addition she is a faculty member and developer of the Coaching Business Teams programs for Corporate Coach University and Coach University. Cynder is a master facilitator for the Coaching Clinic and she is among the first to be certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Cynder is an invited speaker for the Linkage conferences, the American Association of Applied Sport Psychologists, the ICF, Coaching 2000 and 2001, Project World, The Power of Coaching Conference, The ASTD, NAWBO and others.
